Complaint Review: Queen Virgin Remy

For starters, I purchased my hair 2/7/14....today's date is 2/9/14. Please keep that in mind.

I got my bundles installed 2/8/14, and already, the hair is matting and shedding. In less than 48 hrs??! seriously??? And Yes, I know that queen virgin remy claims to be the #1 virgin hairseller in the company, but what I would like to know is, how many people are repeat customers? I mean if only HALF the black women purchase your products ONCE, that is enough to make a business popular. However, I, for one, will NOT be returning.

You definitely get what you pay for. Please ladies, do not waste your money. Please wait a few more weeks and purchase higher quality hair. This hair was not worth it. Now I have to go 6-8 weeks with a rats nest in the back of my head. We'll see how that goes...

I wish I would've listened to the reviews. Stop while you're ahead. This is not virgin hair nor is it of any quality.
