In August 2010, concrete was delivered to the private home of Brian O'Connor and billed to the Queensbury Union Free School District. O'Connor Construction was one of the contractors doing work at the school at the time. The concrete work done at the house was done by JJP Slipforming, a subcontractor working with O'Connor at the school. 2 trucks delivered a total of 13 yards of colored concrete to the house, which was used for stamped concrete walks, etc. The color was black. No black concrete was delivered to the school. The delivery address on the delivery slips was the school. However, the plant manager of Glens Falls Ready Mix, owned by Cranesville Block, sent the trucks to Brian O'Connors home; 34 Ella Drive in Moreau, New York, in Pinewood Estates, off Reservoir Road. All dispatching for Glens Falls Ready Mix is done through the central dispatch office of Cranesville Block, in Amsterdam, New York.
