I AM REPORTING THAT QUEST IS RIPPING ME OFF I PAY THE BALANCE IN ADVANCE BEFORE I COULD GET MY BLOOD WORK DONE. THEY BILL ME FOR THE VISIT I ALREADY PAID IN FULL. AND NOW THEY ARE SENDING ME BILLS THAT I ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE. AND I KEPT ALL MY RECEIPS SHOWING I ALREADY PAY BUT THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE IT OFF AND NOW THEY ARE SENDING ME BILLS FROM THE COLECTION AGENCY. STATING THAT I DIDNT PAY THEM. AND SENDING ME DIFFRENT AMOUNT OF BALANCES THREW THIS CREDIT AGENCY. I CANNOT BELIEVE THESE COMPANIES ARE ALLOW TO DO THIS. TO TAKE PEOPLE MONEY AND TO CHARGE THEM AGAIN LIKE THAT. THERE NO WAY I OWE THIS AMOUNT THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. I COULDNT TAKE A BLOOD TEST UNTIL ITS WAS ALL IN FULL PAID IN ADVANCE. AND ALSO THEY SEND A BILL TO MY HUSBAND HAMADI MEJRI AND HE NEVER BEEN THERE TO DO ANY KIND OF BLOOD TEST. BUT THEY PUT THE BILL UNDER HIS NAME AND SOCIAL. IS THIS LEGAL? AND WHY THEY DO THIS. AND I WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS?

Call your Attorney General

You will find that if you call or send a letter to your state attorney general that there will be something done. I have seen many people stop getting ripped off as well as me by letting the state attorney general's office handle your complaint. Send copies of your paid bill's with copies of the company re-charging. This company has been in trouble with over billing once before. The government will not like to hear there back at the same old billing methods of double billing or double dipping again.
