I’m glad I found this website, cause I see I am definitely not the only one going through the same dilemma. Quest movers picked up my things on June 15th, to pack and ship from SoCal, to Texas. I was told it would take 3-21 business days, but after a month we were told they were still waiting to put Texas shipments on the truck, or whatever excuse they gave. Since my things have been picked up, I have hard a very hard time getting a hold of Whitney and Shakarra, the reps helping me. It’s been over 2 MONTHS now and I still don’t have my things. I was told 2 weeks ago it would arrive in 6 days. Now I can’t even get a hold of anyone, and now I’m worried my things were sold or stolen, or just lost. I reached out to the media, and we will be getting media involved, and a lawyer. It does not take 2 months to drive a truck to Texas.

Have you got your things?

Hello Ruby. I found you on one of the news channel a few weeks ago and was so glad that finally someone was able to put these thieves out in public. Have you gotten your deliveries yet? Ive been waiting 3 months now and still have not gotten anything. They now seem to disappear, although here and there people still report getting their belongings delivered with many damages and stolen items. Please let me know if you have gotten your deliveries and if so, whats the outcome/conditions of your things? Thank you Ruby.

Quest Lost Their Operating Authority

The Federal DOT lists this mover as having lost their operating authority - the reason you probably can't get through is because they're out of business.  I would probably have your lawyer find an investigator to see where Quest is storing your stuff because if they can't move your stuff, and they're not answering phones, then they didn't broker your stuff out to another mover.
