Complaint Review: Questsavers

Ripoff Swindlers - That is what Questsavers is!!!!!!!

They target college students, like my son, who had no idea of what was being asked of them and sign them up for a $8.95 a month membership that he would NEVER use.

On reviewing past bank statements, they have been debiting his account for the past 5 months ($44.75), but it has cost me even more.

On receipt of an overdraft notice from the bank, I found out and research this overdraft and found out that this was a membership for discount prices. On questioning my son, he had no idea who Questsavers was and on authorizing any payments. It was known to my son and me, that a small amount of money was left in his account and no major purchases were to be done until his allowance was put in. Unknown to us, Questsavers withdraw the $8.95 causing me to have to pay $108.52 ($29 for return fee + $6.00 a day for each day the account is in the negative) in bank fees to clear up my son's account. Will I get that money back? Hell No!!! All they could say was I am sorry. Sorry won't help me recoup that money I paid and it is a sorry state when this company target these kids that have just left home for the first time with all those gimmicks they offer. Everyone be ware of Questsavers!!!!!
