QuiBids seems to be a lot like a report I read on Beezid. My experience was that the same few people seem to win all the bids. You might see many people bidding but once it gets down to it certain people seem to show up and even though it shows them using single bidding not the automated type bid that you supposedly can use they always seem to win. They say any delay in the timer is your connection and that it goes by their server timer but it is interesting that the delay seems to go hand in hand with a bid from one of these people or bots as the case may be. In my opinion a BIG ripoff!

People Winning Bids

A couple months back, we lifted the limit on bid vouchers (not counting towards monthly win limits), so some of the same people may win these bid vouchers.  It wouldn't be unheard of.  This information and update from our company was made public.  As far as the auctions and their ending prices go, each auction various.  It just depends on how many people there are in each one, the time of the auction, etc. Once again, I can assure you there are no bots or shills of any kind.  It is against our Terms & Conditions and has been since our launch.

This site sounds really good at first, but do your research. Register with Quibids and just put a ton of auctions in your watch list and see what the ending price is. I was watching anything from $100 gift cards to 15" mac book pros. Every single one of them for 2 weeks went for $.05 to $74 depending on the item. Larger the winning price the more expensive item, obviously. But there were a few items, for instance, a 32gb Ipad that went for $32!!! Although a 16GB Ipad went for $277 plus 668 bids (X $.60 = $400.80). The grand total was $677 for a $699 dollar item. That tells me one thing, that some poor guy got suckered into an auction and spent so much money that they couldn't back out and lose all of it. It makes no sense for all those item to go for only a fraction of retail and one item here and there go for almost retail. The auctions that are small are either people just getting their feet wet or people working for the company that are just bidding against each other to make sure no one wins it for just a penny. Also, some in another post mentioned that the same people always win....and its true....and not only that but they get a hell of a deal everytime!Coincidence? I don't think so. THIS SITE LOOKS VERY TEMPTING BUT DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. JUST USE EBAY!!! Great scam if your the owner though. Wish I was a computer hacker with crazy skills to re-map the user names IP address and find where they are. LOL you would find it all coming from the same building!!!!

Just watch all the auctions you can and do the math. Also write down all the winners names for a week or so. You will see.

It's unfortunate you think this, but I can assure you we do not engage in bots or shill bidding of any kind as it is against our policy. QuiBids launched in October of 2009, so at the time you wrote this report, we did not have the traffic we have now.  We had a lot of the same returning customers.  Delays can depend on your Internet net connection, but also the timing that bids come in at.  Our database manages who wins and when people bid at the same time. It has to work harder to depict at what one-hundred thousandth of a second a bid comes in at.  It's very close and precise.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support staff at support@quibids.com.
