I bought a 2002 Ford Focous from Quick Auto,I faithfully put down the down payment and faithfully made my first payment eager to re-establish my credit.I thought I was making a good deal, and the sales rep assured me thier cars a warranty and safest around.  I only had it for six weeks,to find out one day driving Oh gee,I have no brakes, well maybe I can turn to aviod an accident Oh gee,I have no steering.

Oh wow and when I step on the brake Its like stepping on the gas its increasing the speed to where I just ran right into the yellow and red lite into a van with my car increasing it speed I hit the van head on demolishing my whole front end screaming in fear of dieing, thinking I was going to die, what had happened.

My life has been never the same since. My credit is seriously destroyed.Nobody wants to sell me a car due to my accident.Quick Auto went and wrote it off as they repossed the car went and pulled it outta the junk yard and rebuilted it,and re sold it as I hear.Covering up all the evidence, possible to get thier money.Months later I read in the newpapers someone died in an 2002 ford focous, accident, something like that.

Im being sued for something that was beyond my fault.Everyones all pointing thier finger on me.That I was at fault that caused the accident.Quick Auto bank Hertiage wants thier money, laughed at me when I asked them to refund me my money for the lemon they sold me.

My main priority here is getting this all out in the open to warn people and save lifes. You don"t think almost getting killed in an faulty vechile isn't something to be react about. Are you working for these people?Because to say almost dieing isn't something to react about is crazy. You are acting in human.Because how many people people are out there that have died in an faulty vechile an crooket dealer sold them.Do you care!!! Justice needs to done here.......

You must not know about cars, because if you did you know about that. You must work for Quick Auto or somebody.I did have that type of car failure and I wouldn"t lie about that, their no reason too.It was what it was!You must be an associate or something or just unfamilure with cars what so ever to inquire to my report to be that upset of what I quoted about Quick Auto.

You said you stepped on the brakes and the car accelerated and at the same time your steering went out. Pretty unlikely.

Did you have someone look at those functions after the accident and see if they could verify your story? Did your insurance company and the police verify your story before the car was towed to the junkyard?

Brakes and steering would not heal themselves.

There's more to this story.

You buy this car and you say it has a warranty.  A month and a half later the brakes fail and you hit something.  You survive this wreck but at the scene you're screaming because you think you're going to die????  Did you die?  You kinda think there may be some over reaction there?  Well back to the story...The car is demolished as per you.  What did your insurance do?  Did you have insurance?  Did you contact the insurance company and did you tell them EXACTLY how it happened?  Are you at fault?  Of course you are, you were driving YOUR fourteen year old car.  Are there mechanical failures?  Of course.  Your insurance company is who you pay to handle this.  Why was there a repo?  Somehow, it looks like either you aren't telling the whole story here or there are many areas of this you don't understand.
