Complaint Review: Quick Locksmith

Quick Locksmith Tech too advantage of my son, to unlock the garage instead of the front door and over charged him. The tech did not ask for any ID or if their is an adult here. I have called the company 5 times this morning everyone there said that they are the manager. I could not get a straight answer, each employee were all very rude and disrespectful. All I wanted was 140.00 back, the tech charged my son 250.00 but he only had 200.00. The tech could have went unlocked the front door. Can you help? I am unemployed. thanks DFW Nationwide

March 5th, my son locked himself out of the home, he had the neightbor call for a locksmith. The kids was outside playing when the tech drove up. The tech told my son that he will not be able to unlock the front door. He would go thru the garage, the tech did not ask for Adult or ask for my son's ID. The tech over charge my son, when he could have gone thru the front door. The tech took advantage of the situation. I would like 140.00 back, i am unemployeed.. The Tech would not take a credit card, just cash only.

I have called the company 5 times, each rep said they are a manager. By law they are not suppose too claim to be a manager, when they are just a rep. Each time I called each rep was very rude and dispectful.
