Quick Response Garage Door Service Absolutely atrocious! They closed the garage door and when I opened it - it ripped the job they did. I called to let them know and the guy I spoke to at # 623.606.9681 ok'd me, said whatever and was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I loved the work they did - but cannot believe they want to charge me $150 for SOMETHING THEY DID.
When I told him the garage was down and it stuck he huffed immediately to say - NO WE DID NOT CLOSE THE GARAGE. Human error - people make mistakes - own it. Don't go off on a customer who paid you 2,000. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! I simply did not close my garage door - I went in through the front door.
When I went to open it the next day it ripped. I have NO reason so lie and DO NOT APPRECIATE them accusing me of it and pushing off THEIR mistake on me. The next guy I spoke to was equally as unprofessional and rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL NEVER OWN UP TO A MISTAKE. ...
