Complaint Review: Quick Start Alternators

Quick Start Alternators Randy Dubois Mr.Randy Dubois/Quick Start Alternators sent a package that I ordered thru fedex package was lost by fedex yet he does nothing to correct the problem! Comstock Park Michigan

 Purchased a voltage regulator bipass kit from Quick start alternators fedex lost the package and the manager at fedex told me that quick start alternators needs to contact them to resolve the the issue. Called Mr.Randy Dubois explained to him that he needs to call fedex give them the details of the package he sent thru fedex he of course told me that I will contact them the next day to see what he needed to do to resolve the issue. Then about 2 bussiness days after not hearing back from Mr.Dubois or fedex I called ask to speak with a manager at fedex that manager comfired that Mr.Dubois had not contacted them in other words the way I am seeing the whole situation is that Mr.Dubois has choosen to ignore this whole situation.I have tried to call Mr.Dubois to let him know that he needs to contact fedex resolve this issue or refund my money. Then this morning he finally emails me back trying to put the blame on fedex for losing what i ordered from his company and then basically tells me I'm not getting a refund because he gave me a tracking number but he knows what i told him over the phone and thru emails fedex lost what you sent to me so i just spend money and got nothing but screwed out of money.So this is bad bussiness on both companies but more so on quick start alternators than fedex.

 If FEDEX has lost YOUR package then its on FEDEX and has NOTHING to do with the person who shipped it. YOU want THEM to take the hit when its FEDEX who needs to be responsible. KInda funny how YOU whine about YOU getting screwed over by FEDEX and yet YOU feel its perfectly ok if SOMEONE ELSE takes the hit INSTEAD of YOU! As someone who has dealt with FEDEX the shipper can request a search for the package but unless it was insured then there is NOTHING anyone can do for you if it doesnt show up. But YOU want others to take the financial hit. So instead of taking this up with FEDEX and dealing with the situation, YOU want the shipper to send YOU another item for free. All because YOU THINK its unfair that FEDEX has lost your package YOU want the shipper to take another hit to make YOU feel better?? I swear its like youre a six year old child. Take this up with FEDEX because the SHIPPER has NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!! The shipper has done their part! FEDEX has lost your package and NOT THE SHIPPER!! Just because YOU THINK the world should be one way doesnt MAKE IT THAT WAY!! Go after FEDEX as THEY are the ones who have screwed up by looseing YOUR package.
