For two or more years i have used Quick tender with my online gaming. I have had no problem with them for this amount of time and believed it was the only REALLY true dependable way to use or cash out winnings. Then in late May I asked to have my balance wired to my bank account as I've done before. When it didn't arrive in four days I contacted them (only by email -you can't call them) and they said after receiving several similar complaints from US customers said there was a problem with their European banking partners and it was "out of their hands". I asked if they could just get the funds back so I could use them. It seemed like this might happen but then it all closed down. I read that they were closed down by some court somewhere. There was no info on how or when we might be able to get our money back or anything. People could have thousands or tens of thousands are were given NO INFORMATION whatsoever. It's like "sorry - your money is gone." Can't do anything about it. And the reason for the closing was very vague. Perhaps suspected of money laundering. Terrorists? I don't know. i know they offered a flat rate of $30 to wire any amount up to 500,000 dollars US. It all seemed on the up and up. A great business idea and service for people who don't want to pay outrageous transaction fees to gamble on internet sites. Most every gaming site accepted Quick Tender as an easy funding service. All of a sudden no one was accepting their services anymore. Now even if there were some illegal activity what about the thousands of account holders who have depended on this company for many years. They just close up and walk away with all the money? or was the money taken by a government or what? What I hate is the lack of information.
