Quick Trip Moving, Quick Trip Movers, Horrible Experience, Numerous Overcharges from Quick Trip Movers Ripoff Norcross Atlanta Georgia
QUICK TRIP MOVERS (Norcross, GA) Horrible Experience
My experience with QuickTrip Movers, Inc. based near Atlanta, GA was awful on multiple fronts. I will never do business with this moving and storage firm again and would give them a letter grade of an F.
Reasons include:
- Adding hundreds of dollars for numerous inappropriate charges to the final bill
- Failing to provide a weight certificate as promised, even though weight was a factor in the total price
- Charging for an additional month of storage, despite the written agreement stating the first month was free
- Doubling storage fees with less than two weeks warning
- Blatantly ignoring parts of the contractual agreement
- Rough handling of items that resulted in damage
- Omitting numerous pieces of furniture from the inventory list
There were other issues and hassles. Reviews of web sites after the move show other people have had issues with Quick Trip as well.

I look forward to seeing what Quick Trip comes up with to sue a customer. What a joke! I think it's funny that for once the movers are complaining about the customer intimidating and harassing them. I seriously doubt a single person at Quick Trip would want to go anywhere near a courtroom and public records.
James is right, Quick Trip has a horrible record. They have an Unsatisfactory rating at the BBB for unanswered complaints. They have numerous complaints at other websites. I don't believe anything James has said for a second.

In response to this report,
We gave the weight tickets to the customer if he needs a copy of it that can be provided upon request.
Storage fee was change due to an increase in storage fee we pay we gave the customer 30 days notice prior to this change, He chose to move out and take it to his storage.
Customer never filed a claim of damages with our company.
Just for the public to know this customer works for The Department of Justice and I have an Email from him were is trying to intimidate me by letting me know where he works, we are going to sue him we will provide you with court documents very soon.
Thanks
