Quicken Home and Business users beware. Former Quicken Bill Pay customers must upgrade to Quicken 2005 by 20 August 2004. A free Quicken Premium CD will be provided to registered Bill Pay customers, but after the installation disk uninstalls your old Quicken version you are later told that you that you will have to also BUY the Quicken 2005 Business feature if you want to continue doing Quicken business. This oversight is not mentioned in any document provided, and the help desk will not let you talk to a manager and tech support will only send you back to the help desk. Customer support will not provide a compliant address or management to talk to.
