My husband and I signed up for Quicken in May. I don't remember siging up for Bill pay, but I guess I did. T wo days ago I received an email saying I had insufficient funds in my account and they could not get their payment. I logged on to my account and saw I had more than enough money, however $30 was taken out for insufficient funds. I had my husband call Quicken to cancel our account and to dispute the $30. I checked my account this morning and found out that their payment was taken out the day before they sent us an email. I demand my $30 back from them. I don't recommend Quicken for bill pay. I wouldn't use Quicken period.
