Have a sign testament from Quicken loan mortgage banker, that any future refinancing will be cost free. However Quicken separates those conditions into a non compliance category. In other words, I'm SOL. The loan was contingent upon that sole agreement. They took my money without offering any service toward that agreement. In other words the Quicken representative lied.

Seems that this company does some really shady deals, and I am sure some people are made happy, yet a lot of us are not. If Kelly does anything ethical or morally RIGHT please report this as well - thank you!
