We were going to re-fi a VA loan when we found out that they were charging outragious rates and fees so we called and emailed to cancel. So we thought all was fine until they charged our credit card $500.00 and said they had to appraise the house. Well they were suppose to come in and inspect the outside as well. So they said they did a driveby but They only used a RE Listing pic before we purchased the home 2 years ago.

So After we spoke to the Capital One and they sent us the dispute paperwork we had against Quicken Loans for Stealing our money the pics were from the 2 year ol listing so they lied there. Ok we had to speak to Quicken Loans Finance Dept or Complaint Dept so they got back to us a week later, ok but that same day they said they would contact us on tuesday 8/27/2019 they had a person come and take pics of our house.

We have the guys Conn. license plate # and pics of his car and plates. So Quicken send me an email today with that pic the guy took on Tues 8/27/2019 was on the file this liar at Quicken Loans name is Michael Zambo ...So bottom like is he lead us on to have another Quicken worker or a hired crook from Conn. his license plate number of oa dark blue 4 door dark grey car is (((REDACTED))) the driver had glasses and light short hair and was tall and had a badge. I will report this License Plate to the Mass nd CT police.

Being a veteran and a senior citizen have NOTHING to do with this.

Nothing you have posted shows that you being a Veteran or Senior has anything to do with this. While your Service is greatly appricated, playing the "Veteran" and "Senior" cards were only to gain sympathy.

But some things just don't make sense. Just how did they get your Credit Card in the first place? When you gave them your credit card did you sign any authrorization forms?  Or perhaps I should ask..what did you sign?  As it would make no sense to just hand over a Credit Card information without knowing what it was going to be used for specifically. Then why did you give them your credit card BEFORE you actually researched the loan terms and fees?

You have a picture of a car you claim is the one of the guy taking a picture of your house. Okay, so why exactly are you going to contact the State Police?  What do you expect them to do? Nothing here is anything more than a civil matter with what you call an invalid charge. If you are claiming this guy was on your property, why didn't you call the police then?
