Quickgear shop online charged my account for products I didn't purchase New York

On Dec 4th I purchased a military tactical pouch. Found out that they charged my account for 3 more products I didn't order. I tried to call but couldn't get an answer. I still have not received the product I ordered. Found out that they have done the same thing to several other people. I had to cancel my credit card so they could not keep charging me.
