Ordered grass seed on 6/22/2011. Was going to order small bags, after ordering them. A picture of a ten pound of grass seed appeared, would you like this offer so i thought I was ordering one bag of 10 pound seed. Originally my order was for 4 orders of the small bags. That morning I received email of order for 4 @89.95 total $359.80 plus $39.80 totaling $399.60. Since 6/22/2011 in the afternoon I have been trying to get it reduced to one ten pound bag when I could get through to a real person.

Which was to about 6 or 7 people.'I got the spin  their system didn't download order yet I they couldn't do anything. Today I finally got told it has already  been shipped and they couldn't do anything about it. I spoke to a supervisor about it to no satisfaction. Am really upset over this I am retired,which I explained to her. I can really beleive lots of people have been ripped off like this. I have since been reading about dissatisfied customers on the net  today so I know my case isn't isolated.
