I scheduled a payment out of my checking account for the same day that I get paid. Quicken Bill Pay created a paper payment for an account that could have been paid electronically, mailed it early enough that the company recieved the payment and processed it two days before the payment was scheduled. As a result, there were insufficient funds in my bank to cover the payment, my bank paid the payment, and charged me an insufficient fund fees of $192. I called Quicken and made a 3 way call to the bank. After a couple of hours, the bank referred me to my banch. I went to the branch and was told it was a problem created by Quicken. I called Quicken again and they told me it was not their problem, so I just cancled Quicken Bill Pay because this is costing me $200 and they could care less.
