Confused sales pitch that changed after starting recorded message: After the initual interview, she then said she would record the message for security purposes. Sales pitch then changed. Adding products and miscommunication removed seller from initual claim of 1 bottle "risk free" trial offer. Changed from buy 2 get one free to buying 3 bottles of ear ringing relief tablets and 3 bottles of ear drops at regular price. Confusion - thought it was a free bottle. Extra bottle of Ear clarity "claimed to be free" was then changed to "charged" after recorded message. Did not pick up that trick fast enough. Thought it was free.
Bill charged 6 days after recieving shipment. Opened bottle from start of treatment NOW no longer refundable. No billing statement EVER recieved with purchase or emailed. Overcharged from $119 to $214.80. Prevaildirect.com is the marketer for product. No online ordering.
