Quik Pack & Ship Uhaul Morrisville, NC Uhaul authorized dealer Quik Pack & Ship in Morrisville NC misused my debit card but will not get away with it Morrisville North Carolina
I rented a pickup truck from this authorized Uhaul dealer and was grossly overcharged. Prior to arriving at this location, I secured a reservation online and Uhaul advertised that the truck would cost $19.95 for a day rental. I only needed the truck for about an hour.
However, upon returning the truck to the same pickup location without any damage, I was charged total fees of over $50. This amount included $10 for insurance. I do not understand this, and have yet to receive communication from either Uhaul or the authorized agent. There is nothing in the "fine print" which justified those extra fees. Uhaul thinks that due to their size, it can charge customers any amount and that we have no recourse.
I will never trust those people with my debit card number again and filing a complaint with the NC Attorney General and contacting WRAL as well.
