Complaint Review: Quiken Loans

There commitment fee's are not what they say they are and they try to charge you at the end when your loan is denied because there appraisal is short of the actual value of the home so they say you owe us for an appaisal fee and it is less then what it is on the agreement. My process fee (so called commitment fee)was $300 which they kept?
the appraisal fee is $475 on the sheet I have. This is a (SCAM)slick willie if I seen one!!! In the past I've had the appraisal fee applied to my mortgage cost
or pay up front to the appriaser by check on my own!!!
At first they say if the loan don't go through for any reason within thirty days
you get this money back and also you get it back if it goes through too????
so one way or another I thought I was going to get this money back never the less what happen's. ya right I E-mailed to get the money back then was told this goes to the appraisal fee?($475.00????) No the ($300.00) commitment fee is kept. Now the bbb is involved so the fedral government
because they will not give the info to my new mortgage company who's
appaiser came way above the quiken loans appraiser.
they have delayed my process I lost time to get a loan and they kept my money I guess they need $700 billon and my $300 to be better American's
If you can sleep at night then have a Merry X-Mas QUIKEN LOANS!!!!!!!!
