I did an internet search for color toner cartridges for my HP color laser printer. I entered the search term, "HP Color LaserJet CP2025n".

When the results came up I clicked on QuikShipToner.com and entered the same terms in the search bar on their site. The four individual colors of toner came up as well as the set of four, which I purchased.

The product description was this, "HP Color LaserJet CP2025n Toner Cartridge Set Toner Cartridge Set for HP Color LaserJet CP2025n Laser Printer (includes all four color toner cartridtes-Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) NO WHERE IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION DOES IT SAY THAT THESE ARE NOT ACUTAL HP BRAND CARTRIDGES!! AS A MATTER OF FACT IN THE TITLE FOR THE PRODUCT IT DOES SAY THEY ARE HP!

So I ordered the set for $389. What I receive were generic remanufactured toner cartridges. They tell me in order to send them back I will have to pay for shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee. That fee alone would be almost $100!!!!

They told me that because on every page (around the periphery or in the fine print at the bottom) it says that these are not OEM products that they will not give me a full refund.

I DO NOT THINK THAT A CONSUMER SHOULD HAVE TO READ EVERY WORD ON A WEBPAGE TO FIND OUT THAT THIS PLACE DOES NOT SELL ACTUAL HP CARTRIDGES!!

I read the product description for the items that I purchased and no where in that description did it say these were not HP. I feel this webiste deliberately misleads by not putting the all important these-are-non-OEM info in the actual product description.

I have been purchasing over the internet for years and years so it is not like I do not know what I am doing here and I have NEVER run across a business like this.

You would never see Amazon.com pull this kind of crap. The thing is, these cartridges from QuikShip are not that much less expensive than one can get the actual HP cartridges for. I was just trying to save a few more bucks--who isn't these days?

I wrote to the Attorneys General of all the states this compay has facilities in and I filed a complaint with the FTC as well as here.
