Quikshiptoner.com shipped me a defective toner cartridge product. I contacted them immediately about the defective product. After three weeks of continuous contact with quikshiptoner's customer service dept, I've received nothing but the runaround. Telling me "Our system has been down", "Your return label is being sent", "Your refund has been posted to your bank account or credit card". I feel as if I've been ripped off. To date Quikship has failed to honor their product waranty.
