QuikStop Oil Lube Upsold to expensive oil based on Coupon, and then didn't apply the coupon, then refused to refund for the coupon they didn't apply. Ft. Wright Kentucky
I have been going to the Quikstop in Ft. Wright, KY for 17 years.
I have several vehicles and have had my whole family going there.
We always use Money Mailer coupons.
Today my youngest daughter went TODAY there at my insistence with her new Fiat.
She told the person when she got out of her car that she would be using a coupon and showed it to them.
They then told her the price of the service after the coupon. Someone else rung her up and didn't apply the coupon. As she was leaving she noticed and called me.
I told her I had done that before and to go back inside and tell them and they would take it off.
She went back inside and the person at the counter REFUSED to take off the $10 coupon.
The whole reason why she got synthetic oil was because of the coupon.
This is BAD business. RIP OFF, DO NOT GO THERE!
