Clicked on buyatimeshare.com ad on internet to sell an Australian timeshare.

Quincey Browne wanted my credit card number to start advertising timeshare.

No matter how many times I've asked he won't supply a price he thinks it will sell.

Quincey doesn't give up as he has rung several times stating he has sent many text & 15 emails stating a price. The only thing I have received is an email stating the advertising fee after I sent my email as a test message as he said my email was rejected.

Quincey has rung many times with his number hidden since this started late December 2012 but still no email arrives stating this selling price.

How can you deal with a person who can't even do this simple request and hides his phone number. Quincey gets very abusive adding personal unpleasant statements and talks over the top of you when you try to point out his errors, like my phone doesn't receive voice mail and I haven't received his 15 emails.

Better to deal with a company that doesn't hide their phone number and has the business ability to send emails so you can receive them.

Appears to be a company that just wants your credit card number so they can get your fee for advertising a timeshare that might or might not sell for the price you are after. Failing to supply a contract of what he is going to do to sell & an expected sale price who knows what advertising really happens.

Dear Ralph - I can understand your frustration with the process but Quincy is prohibited from being able to price your timeshare, or even provide pricing guidelines, under Florida law. Because BuyaTimeshare.com is an internet advertising company, and not a licensed broker, Florida law does not allow him to provide you with any price guidance or he will be subject to a fine by the state. It is unfortunate that you were not informed of this at the time and please accept our apology for the misunderstanding and the impression that you were left with by his repeated follow up. Feel free to contact us at customerservice@buyatimeshare.com or info@buyatimeshare.com or phone 813-902-9743 direct from Australia if you have a question for one of our representatives.

Sincerely,
