i was sent a letter saying i had won a lumpsum payout of four million two hundred thousand euros only & i was to phone this number or e-mail to claim my winnings.

This is a scam do not fall for this . Who ever this fool is he or she wants your bank imformation so they can clean it out. I get emails simular to this so I delete it . They also ask for my bank imformation will I give it Hell no.
