What about Steven's "fairytale" report on Rip-Off where he wrote Quorum Travel International was not a boiler-room operation? That the office was 'State of the Art,' etc. He has surely displayed the behavior of not only the moron he is, but of a liar and thief!
One things for certain; Steven Kilchowski is a 'State of the Art' experienced and professional con man, and an accomplished career criminal.
Former employee, Christine, bought into Steve's line of garbage, working an entire month believing Steve he would pay her the salary she earned. She even helped him pack the office before he disappeared into the night. Christine mistakenly believed Steve was just a manager, an employee like herself, and that he too received worthless checks.
Isn't it time to wake-up? Steve was the brains behind this fraudulent scheme. He was a major player in setting up the scam. Steve was the person whom arranged and sent out 5,000 postcards utilizing the U.S. Postal Sevice (in violation of federal law) each week telling potential victims 'Pack Your Bags, You've Won A Free Vacation and Gifts Worth $1,800!'
Steve told Christine not to worry, her paychecks would be good tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. Most employees were smart enough to quit. Others were terminated because they were on to the scam, and a threat to Quorum's existence Unfortunately, Christine believed in Steve, stuck around an entire month and has $1,715.00 in worthless paychecks.
Again, for the record, Steve fled his office into the night. Not a boiler-room? Yeah, right!
While Christine got conned out of $1,715.00, many of Quorum's Travel Club victims lost between $2,000.00 and $12,000.00 or more. Think about that! Christine must consider herself lucky!
Don't forget about the free gifts and vacations worth up to $1,800 Steve had Christine and all of his employees in telemarketing, telling everyone who called, they would receive vacations and gifts worth $1,800 simply for attending a 60-90 minute presentation. Where was Christine when droves of people whom had been ripped-off came in, sometimes with the Boca Raton Police, to complain?
Anyone with half a brain knew it was a scam! In other words... Quorum Travel International was a boiler room!
Where were you Christine when Steve gave out worthless vouchers... to thousands of people, similiar to the worthless paychecks you received. What kind of medication were you taking?
The only recourse is that George Rodriguez and Denisse Jallouck are criminally responsible for signing the 'Bad Checks' and are subject to prosecution.
Victims of the "so-called" Quorum Travel Club are encouraged to contact an Agent of the U.S. Postal Inspector's Office at any U.S. Post Office.
Because Steven used the U.S. Mail to bait his victims, it's Mail Fraud, in violation of federal statutes.

When we started Quorum Travel Club, My Ex-husband and I never thought it was like this we were instructed by Carmen Nuggent better known in the industry as Carmen L Lozada and Alfonso they were employees of Elite Getaways My Ex husband and I are honest people and would never harm any body with no experience at all in this field of the business I worked in Elite Getaways and thought that we could have a Travel Club where we could comply with all the needs for the customers that like to travel, but the travel club is actually Distributor for other companies Like Integra that was the one that Quorum Travel Club was representing. Integra is the one that actually provide the services to the clients and are the ones that should full fill the customers need, Quorum Travel club would invite the customer to a presentation to sell them the Product which is provided by Integra and they have their own Gifts (which is what is offered to the customer for attending a presentation) The Travel clubs are like the Time Shares something similar to it.
If my ex husband and I would knew that this business was like this we would never open something like this, With the Time i Left the business and My ex Husband Son Jose Eduardo Concepcion Jr. better known as Eduardo Concepcion and Carmen Lozada stayed running the Business which at that time were using another product called Vacation Club. I left the company and that is when they got from Quorum Travel Club LLC to Quorum Travel Club International, INC. and they weren't doing the things correctly, because they where not honest people, That is when my ex-husband finds out because he was hardly at the business and decided to Call me to get somebody to purchase the company from him, because he didn't like the issue that they weren't complying with what was needed to the clients and where getting lots of charge backs.
Than is when I stupidly got back in the picture with Mr. George Rodriguez, that we thought was honest as well. Mr. George Rodriguez was very interested in purchasing the company and i think he didn't had the money to buy it, So because i wasn't working my ex-husband trying to help him ask him to give me a Job in the company so i could survive and take care of my family which is the reason that i needed a job for cause I'm a person like all of the employees that i tried to help that had needs and a family to take care of. Mr. George Rodriguez seemed to be an honest person always had God on his words and always talking about the family and all those things, so he said to my ex-husband that he was interested in the business, but he didn't had the money to give to him at the moment and there was when my ex-husband cause he couldn't be in the company told him that he will transfer the company on his name and when the company picked up he could pay him, but that I had to be working there in the administration even though we told Mr. George Rodriguez that I didn't had too much experience in that Industy and I would need some help, because I didn't know a lot of the Travel Club industy. Mr. George Rodriguez with his partner in Integra Harry Swart accepted the Deal, The position of Vice-President that they gave me was Just a name or a Title which i really never had I was just an administrator that tried my best to full fill peoples need in that company I tried to get every bodies moneys I didn't know what was happening until the end. Mr. George Rodriguez got the Merchant Accounts Through Felix Torres and got approved, people started to give complaints about Integra's bad customer service and they started canceling the contracts, and I told Mr. George Rodriguez to give them their moneys the same way that they paid them to us, but no he wanted Me to give them Checks and post dated checks, and the only reason i had to sign in the accounts was because Mr. George Rodriguez lives in Orlando Florida, and had to travel to Boca Raton and as I lived closer to the office i could be there every day and pay the people so he add me to the bank accounts that actually some of them were even open in Orlando florida branches because they knew him there. Mr. George Rodriguez was always the Owner of the company not me he put 25% of the shares of the company in my name and me i lost all my savings in that company I even asked my Ex husband for 50.0000.00 that we were supposed to pay him back to pay employees and utilities and rent for the business I put my last savings that i had to help my family in that business money that i could use to help my aunt that had Cancer to get a good treatment for it in Florida and now i dont have neither the money or my aunt cause i didn't had the way to get my money back and she had to stay in our country taking the same treatment that she was taking untill 6 months ago she died from Cancer I have lost everything in this live and people has still talk about me here and every were off course is easier to find Denisse Jallouk than George Rodriguez, I have no money, I have no Job at this time and I'm still paying my lawyer that i can hardly make a payment to him because i have to live and what i receive from unemployment is not much to survive with rent and everything. Steve Kalachauski yes he ran away at the middle of the night with George Rodriguez cause I know that they still have business together they are friends and they took a lot of the equipments from the office that could be sold like I told George Rodriguez once to pay people monies back and to pay what we owed to the employees, I told George Rodriguez that his Idea of having a phone room in the office wasn't good at that time because there were problems that we needed to resolve first. But he insisted and did it without my consent when i actually found about it everything was done and they hired people and everything, he involved my name on documents and everything for Quorum Travel International Inc. and I never got anything more than a salary all the big money was for him and his friends working in there with him, George Rodriguez Owes Denisse Jallouk $30,000.00 that were my savings, Owe his Friend Jack Anderson aproximately $50,000.00, Owes My ex-husband for money that he lend Quorum Travel International for payroll and other things to pay $50,000.00 and that is without what Quorum Travel International Owe to the clients and employees that i don't know how much it is at this moment, I'm writing this today because God finally lead me to do it I don't like to harm people I'm an honest person that like to help others and right now there are Judges, and Lawyers and Customers looking for me and I don't have money I can hardly survive. Thanks to my Lord I always have a plate of food in the table, my mom who retired tries to help me as much as she can so i can have a place to live, I'm looking for a Job but I can't find one and the reason I think is because when the people has written all this things here about me without knowing the truth they have harm me and if an employer reads this would think that I'm not honest, employers or customers don't know me, they don't know who I really am they will just read and believe they wont give me the benefit of the doubt and ask me if what is here is true or not, they would just believe it and that's it. George Rodriguez works out of Harry Swarts office in Orlando Florida, Mr. Swart is an accountant and is Mr. Rodriguez partner in Integra and all he's business, they have the computers with all Quorum Travel International Inc. Information I don't have anything PLEASE I Beg for all the people that are trying to harm me through her to stop it I Did what i was instructed by George Rodriguez, who was the person that had the experience in this business and you can find him in Orlando Florida, the offices of Integra were in Tampa for that time I think they still there but I really don't know but I can tell you that the office of Harry Swart is in Orlando Florida in the Loops Shopping center or close to it if you look for Harry Swart you will find George Rodriguez who's the person that can and have to respond to all the people that are owed moneys.
Thanks for taking your time in reading this that I wrote, Is the truth. I thought it was a good business, but know i think that i should always stay with the Idea of opening a Day Care for mothers that work night shift, that would be best, and may be I would still have my marriage and my live with lots of peace. I feel bad for all the people that are owed money because of Quorum Travel International, but I don't have any money to pay back I swear i hardly survive, but thank Lord i have health.

Imagine for a moment the cops knocking on Roberts parents trailer looking for Robert to arrest him for a series of serious crimes. Those involving both children and animals! The dismay they would fell when upon being woken up they would hear this is what he is being arrested for...both pedophilia and bestiality. Imagine the prooof was in all the computer files and pictures he had at the trailer. Imagine also the look on his gay lovers face when they were taking the "STUD" away! Vania will never marry Robert now... so the trip to California is now off and they may never get married as the people of California are reported to be close to voting gay marriage as unconstitutional.
Guess only Robert Mahoney is the only one who thinks he's a "stud" because everyone else knows him to be a looser who works for $8 an hour and lives with his parents in a one bedroom trailer. His victims know him as even worse... a person of low morals and a horribly disfigured body which has been ravaged by all the years he spent behind bars being beaten by his fellow inmates for being a pedophile!
