This company called and offered a pager service to my daughter. She was not informed that she was actually purchasing a voice mail service for $34.95, that was charged to my phone bill. Needless to say, my daughter has no authorization to order anything and charge it to my phone. She was under the impression that the pager service would be billed directly to her.

I called QUTEL and told them that I did not order the service, and no one had autorization to do so. I asked that it be removed from my phone bill since I didn't order it and am not responsible for paying for the service. I was informed that the charges would remain until they were paid, even though I didn't order it.

Now, my concern is. If it isn't paid, it will probably go to a collection agency, which will affect my credit standing.
