Complaint Review: QVC

I have purchased more than one diamonique ring from QVC and have ended up returning them all after the stones fell out. The last ring I purchased I sent back for replacement, they claimed they had no record of it and refused to replace my ring. The service staff were of no help to me.

I will never purchase another thing from QVC as they do not stand behind their product. If something goes wrong with the product they will be of no help.

Their diamonique is of very poor quality, the stones fall out.
