Complaint Review: QVC

On 12/18/15, I ordered an xbox one bundle from QVS which was expected to arrive on 12/24/15. I received a box in the mail on 122/23/15 so instead of an xbox it was a 22piece knife set. I spoke with the manager which she said we can refund your money and told me to have a "good night" This was my son's christmas and birthday gift, so for christmas he didnt have anything to open which he cried when I told him what happen.. Thanks for being " the grinch that stole christmas.

I'm so baffled how you can confuse a knife set with an xbox gaming system.
