Complaint Review: Qwasian

SO, i conacted team brinkz after getting a coment left by them on myspace. i checked out his website ect.
i asked him about a sinlge cover.
he sends me an example even though he never asked me what i wanted. and i didnt like it. i told him to make it less hiphop and gave him more of a description of what i wanted. he sends another one and i say its good but make these changes and its all good we'll almost be done.
then he sends an email saying how much of a good artist he is and he charges extra. and starts giving me all these "polocies" he doesnt even have on his website. im basicly well i dont like what we have so far but its almost good enough. then he proceeds to insult me, and tell me how unprofesinal I am. He then went on to belittle my placement in the music industry.
i basicly ignored it bc i really wanted to finish. i tried to find common ground with him and i say lets make these changes and instead of using it for a single cover i will still use it for my entertainment use. he would not even agree to that. i asked him for my money back and he would not give it to me. even after opening up a dispute with paypal. then sent another email basicly teasing me about how i wont get my money back and his polocies ar non refundable.
to me; he was childish, unfair, wishy washy, disrespectful, unprofesinal and a theif.
