After getting Msn internet a gift from my wife for my birthday in 2002, I started noticing huge bills from Qwest.$ 225.00 per month!!!! They error disconnected me, made me wait two whole months before re-provisioning my line, and then lied about it.

Qwest and Msn was the biggest fu*#d-up marrige of two companies ever. They are still fuc*in with me and I'm PISSED!

iN THE SPIRIT OF SERVICE THEY HAVE GOT TO PULL THERE HEADS OUT OF THERE BUTTS AND STOP SCREWING Arizona residents out of there hard earned money!!!TO H*LL WITH YOU , QWEST AND MSN...!!!!!!

As a Qwest employee who actually cares about my customers, it is frustrating to read these postings from such ill informed people. I agree that I would be extremely frustrated as well if I was experiencing the billing issues that some of you are facing..whether due to Qwest error or in some cases...customer error.

Just to clarify...Qwest sales consultants DO NOT work on commission only! We are paid between 17.50 and 22.50 an hour as well as recieving commission checks in the range of up to $5000 monthly. ($5000 is very rare...usually around $2500)

So..we are not motivated by cramming products down customers throats as you all imply! Give me a break! We are constantly monitored by quality assurance are a highly regulated company! We have disclosures that we are required to give and if we don't..we are fined! If you don't LISTEN to the disclosures that we give then we are not to blame.

Don't get me wrong...everyone makes mistakes and yes..I am sure some of your complaints are legitimate, but Please...unless you actually know the true facts regarding a company, stop implying that your misinformation is fact.
I have been reading through some of these postings and I just cringe! To the gentleman in AZ who is being billed for service that he supposedly never had...put it this way..SOMEONE used your name to set the service up then!! Have you ever heard of ID theft? It happens all the time! How about ex relationships...ex-marriages?!? Don't you think for a second that you are not responsible for those bills incurred in your bad marriage. We don't care that you divorced...we care that we provided service to you and that you did not pay the bill!
Another thing..these people that get mad that we now require an advance payment before your service is set up....if your CREDIT WASN"T SO SUCKY you wouldn't have to put the advance pay down so stop acting so d**n surprised!! Give me a break! It is because of customers not paying their bill creating bad debt that we even now require advance payments!
Okay..now that I have gotten this off my chest
have a great day!

Double Trouble but neither one wanted to claim responsibility or want to clear up the mix up.

I agree with Gordon, I understand what he is stating because I have also had problems with both companies (i was double charged and charged at a different time then normal), I had a three-way calling and both companies liked to apologize for the mix up, but neither one wanted to claim responsibility or want to clear up the mix up.

Even though Qwest was sued and I believe part of it was due to poor customer service. When are companies going to learn to do the "RIGHT THING" instead of being greedy.

Qwest & MSN Partnership... disintegrating quickly - QWEST's greed to blame

MSN is in the process of terminiating their partnership with Qwest. MSN cannot establish a Subscription billed to a BTN. Qwest Reps work solely on Commission and their employees receive gift cards, certificates etc. based on how many customers they sign-up with MSN. MSN has no control over what's billed on your Phone Bill.
