For TWO MONTHS IN ROW QWEST HAS CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $8.43 and $823        from a COMPANY NAMED ESBI-ETS.   I WARNED THEM TO STOP OR I WILL CANCEL MY SERVICE WITH QWEST. I HAVE NO CONNECTIONS WITH ESBI.

If you have residential account, call 1800-244-1111. Ask for adjustment, it will get adjusted. call original company to stop charges


If a business account, call 1800-603-6000. Same procedure.


Problem solved.
