First off a brief history. I had QWEST Internet a few years ago and got rid of it due to the lack of their Customer Service (also because they were EXTREMALY RUDE). Then, a few years later we decided to go with their Cell Phone Service. I hate the service it gives off.

I recieved a Bill today saying I had Downloaded $40.94 worth of Games, and $20.46 of "Other" onto my cell phone. So I called them--I had to stay on wait for 20 minutes, then got ahold of someone who was having computer problems, another 20 minutes I had to wait. Then I lost service. So I had to do this process all over again-- then when I got someone on the line they finally told me "Sir YOU HAD to have downloaded those games. That is the only way we will Charge you." I replied "I did NOT Download ANY GAMES!" I have an HTC Mogul Smartphone with internet History (Further Proving I didn't download anything) and in my Games tab I only have TWO Games in there (the Factory ones). The woman on the phone was being so ignorant I screamed in the phone and hung up on her.

I DID NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING ONTO THE PHONE. They charged me $62 for BOGUS Stuff. Now I have to Drive 60 Miles tomorrow to the nearest QWEST Store to speak with them (I dont want to do the phone thing all over again).

I cannot believe this Bogus charge of something I did not do. I would like to file a law suit against this company for trying to scam me out of my money. This is outrageous. I have my phone with all the proof I need on it to prove I have downloaded nothing.

Also, on a side note, QWEST Phone service got bought out by Verizon. I bought an HTC Mogul about a year ago for $500... so I said to the Qwest Rep at the store "I will get to keep my phone for the switch over right?" He replied "No, you'll get this phone" and he showed me some crappy phone. I just about had a fit... he said "If you want your Mogul youll have to call our Customer Service and beg them for it."

I simply cannot believe how much of a joke this company is.
