Qwest Wireless Customer SatisfactionIs the BIGGEST LINE I'VE EVER HEARD false promises mistreated and ripped off slow prossessing slime-ball ripoff waste of time dirty ripoff liars dishonest ripoffs screwed others too Phoenix Arizona .....

After 15 years of service in Mn. I moved to AZ for the trip I wanted to keep my cell phone on, I disconnected my Deluxe service but in order to keep my voice messaging and cell phone for the trip I had to put down a deposit, unaware of the small detail they didnt tell me I now start over on my year agreement plan. I told the rep that I wanted to keep my same # no problem when you get to AZ just call up Qwest and they will just change the area code.Well my cell phone didnt work the whole trip there for no messages but they sure got the billing right 695.00.(49.99) monthly plan.

Well I get to AZ call up Qwest and she tells me I dont know why he told you that you have to start new service.Now I get billed again deposit,Easy #,first time user all in two weeks.Since I was staying with a relative I upgaded my minuets to 2000 anytime which she sold me on.Well the next day Im roaming in the house,features arent working,bad reception.So I call up and they tell me its because I live in Cave Creek and they will credit the charges and get my features working,Oh dont forget the reference #.My first bill arrives on my sisters phone bill how I dont know,not to mention outrages amount and wrong service plan, and roaming charges.I call again (keep in mind every call is at least an hour).Oh were sorry well have all that corrected .Ref # ?????.

Then I receive my confirmation letter that is all wrong call again Ref #?????.Next bill comes still under my sisters bill no correction. But they sure got the bill right now its tripled.Call again Ref # ????.Well you get my point.Now 10 and a half months later and thousands of dollars,72 hours on phone,service shut off at least twice a month,and 82 Ref #,83 of the rudest customer service Reps Ive ever dealt with,still roaming,no credits,and still faxing over to WAM who has not once responded back in 8 months.And every call is now 2-4 hours,and each one has a different story.This is a nightmare and they got you by the balls.Each time you ask if you can go and sitm down with a rep and get this resolved you get a response of (we cant do that) your d**n right you cant cuz then they cant just pass off another ref#????.

They are running the biggest scam ever and should be penalized for theyre promises and I would just once want to hear thetre prewarned recordings on how theyre reps treat customers or are they to busy scamming theyre #,s.I must include that Rose was willing to go out of her way for me but credit managment was out of her boundries shes the only one that could see these crazey mistakes I guess thats why she isnt in the CEO'S position honesty doesnt cut the scams.Hats off to you Rose !!!So if youre wondering which company to go with if you dont care about the hours you spend on the phone with them and have thousands of dollars, to talk to only them ....

I suggest anybody but QWEST CUSTOMER BREAKDOWN ARTISTS!!!! Still waiting for investigation!!!!
