Qwik Wash America lied to me about how long several different service would take Frisco Texas

At the car wash I asked for inside/outside tires and dash. Christopher the greeter turned the charm on and said he would personally hand wax and do other services to my car, plus other services for no charge. (I'm almost 52 years old)

I said I did not have time that I was on lunch break. He guarenteed that he could get me out of there in 30 minutes. He stated the cost of $90.00. Which to me was a little high, but the 30 minutes was the most important to me.

After 45 minutes I asked the detailers how much longer and they told me at least another 30 minutes. I said I could not wait that long, that I was told it would only take 30 min. and I had to go. After another 10 minutes of discussion between the employees I was handed my keys. It took me six more "where are my car mats" to get them put in.

The seats were wet, I was dressed in office attire. Needless to say my suit was soaking wet when I got back to my office ... late for my meeting.

False advertising even by a greeter is unacceptable. I did not get the full service that I paid for and my bank is disputing the charge. My husband is a real estate agent and semi-retired Baptist minister... I'm sure this story will make to the pall pit and beyond.
