Qx Phone Card Rip-off I had a customer call about her checking accout she was not aware of the charges inform of company customer had already advised that she call the number Thousand Oaks California
i had a customer to call me about a charge on her bank account. inform the charges and ask hsve she contacted the company yet. she said she has and that her account will be refubded due ti the account showed the cards was not used. cm stated that she informed them that her card was mail but the customer did not receive them.
her account was overdrawn in the process and i offered one of the fees as a courtesy but the company would have to give the other back. they stated they do not give fees and i ask how was the customer info obtained they stated from some other company that promotes them but they could not give a name of such company.
i spoke with a eric at 80003851968 x1617 was no hep ask for manager then spoke with john at the same number but extension 1173 she was no help. stated any complanit to adress po box 3213 thousand oaks, ca 91359. no customer satification what so ever. the number of the company that cm spoke with to order a pot was showtime and number is 8187726450
