The company lists its phone number at 800-385-1968, with screeners available from 8a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, but when I call - and I've been calling since I got their unauthorized card in the mail - they're never there. I'm in the eastern time zone, so today I called at 5:30 p.m. for me. It's 2:30 in California. Still, all I get is an answering machine telling me to call back during business hours! They have billed my credit card using the same phone number and calling themselves "WQ Long Distance, London, UK." There is a QX Telecom in the UK, but the British website has a warning that their company has absolutely nothing to do with the company of whom I write. Meanwhile, my credit card shows a bill for $59.78, which will undoubtedly continue each month until I find a way to stop it!
