QX TELECOM rip-off Thousand Oaks California
When I checked my credit card bills for the last three months I found three monthly charges for $59.78. On contacting the company, they informed me that I had agreed to subscribe to their product or phone card, but couldn't give me an explanation of what the charges were for.
They cancelled the one charge but refused to cancel the other two.
