R And R Escapes of 866-415-5154 from 191 E Greater Park, Staint George, Utah 02613. ID 1209, employee Godwin Austin, called me starting at 9:12 a.m. on Monday, April 25, and continued calling until 12:48 p.m. He had all the data for my bank and wanted me to purchase one of his discount packages by paying the shipping costs. This was to be deducted from my account.

I said no. He would not except my answer. I even hung up on him twice. I then put the machine on. He only spoke on the machine once with a HELLO in his strong East Indian accent. He scared me with his 7-9 calls. I turned it over to the local detectives who have all the data. They are to handle it. That means put it on the back burner for a few days.

Godwin Austin even called back when I hung up and yelled at me for being untrusting of him. I hung up again.

I think the government should do something because of the phone lines and going accross state lines. Besides I was being harassed.

They did NOT have all your bank information. If they did, why would they even bother to call you?

#2Consumer Suggestion

These scams make it SOUND like they have all your information. In reality, they usually need to ask you the NAME of your bank.

Once you tell them, they look on their computer and get the routing number. Anybody can find that. All the routing number means is the numerical address of the branch you bank at.

It's the same as saying Bank of America at 123 Main st. That doesn't tell them your account number.

You see, they make it SOUND like they have your information. In reality, they need to find out your account number. They need you to tell them. Once they have that, they can steal money from your account.

Without your account number, they don't get s**t.

So, the correct way to get rid of pests like this is to say the following:

Bank account? Are you kidding me? I don't have any bank account. I live on welfare. I don't have a dime to my name. How the hell can I afford a bank account? You're dreaming, pal!

Once a fraud sees that you're a total loser, he'll hang up. And, he won't call back.

Problem solved! See how easy that was? You just got to use your head, that's all.
