Complaint Review: R Euro Sales - ebay

i don't know who this is, but somehow they got my old hotmail email address, and started selling things on eBay using my hotmail address, and my eBay rating. People have sent them lots of money for various electronics and never received the goods. Finally a few of them got hold of my phone number from eBay records and called me. Scammers like this must be stopped! Is there anyone in Atlanta willing to go in person to this address and find out who it is? the Atlanta phone directory has no number for this company.
