R&H Construction Floral Park New York Poor plumbing and tile job
R&H Construction recently did a bathroom and kitchen renovation for me. The baseboard heat in the kitchen does not work. The faucet in the bathroom sink is incorrectly installed as is the toilet. I have had two real Licenced plumbers in to look at the work and their opinion is that the work is so amaturish that it could not have been done by a licenced plumber. In addition the tile work they did in the tub area is also a mess. Tiles keep falling off and the grout is just flaking off.
I have attempted to resolve this with the owner John, but he does not return my calls. I understand that I may have legal recourse if he didn't use licenced contractors. How do I go about proving this? On an estimate that he gave me he listed the following licence numbers, but I don't know if they are valid. HICNYC 0890974 Nassau HO806420000 Sufflok 24, 362-HI.
