In my opinion, Roger Pelletier is a terreble painter who is also very dishonest. He was hired to do a job, failed to do it, and attempeted to charge thousand mores than quoted for his inferior work. When confronted, he lied and bullied like a lttle boy caught red handed and proveeded to threated a lien against our property. Avoid this menace at all cost.
