We purchased a commercial grade oven from a reputable company.  The oven was damaged beyond use and the damage was concealed by the carrier and delivered.

Seller sent us photos of what they sent, item did not match.  When damage was noted 20 minutes after delivery, driver was called and asked to turn around.  Driver refused, said, "oh well, you signed for it."

Customer service was pathetic.  It was completely obivous any jury would find in our favor.  They damaged freight in their custody, covered it up, the delivered in haste.

This company is not to be trusted- avoid at all costs.  Claim was filed within the 15 day limit, claim was denied due to acceptance of freight that was doctored to look as if no damage occurred.
