We received a shipment from this company (PRO# 1295830173).  It was shipped from Orlando, FL ON 05/24/2010, and arrived in Medford on 06/01/2010.  We were at the local shipping company within minutes of the shipments arrival, where it was removed from the shippers truck to our vechile.  When we opened the crate, extensive damage had been done and pictures were immediately taken and sent to the shipper/Mobile Foods, Inc., in Orlando, Fl.  Even though pallet said do not stack, it had been stacked on.

The pallet had been picked up from the center, damaging the top of the food trailer, by pulling it loose and leaving permanent scratches.  The food trailer had also been picked by the bottom of food trailer(between pallet & water tank)poking a hole in the water tank.  Which means it would not pass county inspection for any use in Oregon.  The pallet holding the food trailer was made to be picked up from ends and not center of load.  It required several days of repairs to food trialer to make it usuable and before we could ask for the county inspection.

We filed a complaint with the carrier and they rejected it saying it was not their fault, and we must have done the damage.  We do not have acess to the equipment required to do this type of damage.  They were sent the same pictures as the manufactor was sent.   If they picked it up damaged from Mobile Foods, that is the trucking company issue.
