Complaint Review: R.L. Stevens Randy Stevens

I used to work for the Waltham,MA office of this company. I can tell you first hand that I got to hear many complaints about how their clients were treated. It's a sales con and a delivery con. It's all based on telling you what you want to hear when they first meet you. When the complaints come in, they take forever to call you back and then use a strategy of delay, delay and delay. All the time of course they've got your money.
