They have an ( F ) with The Better Business Bureau. Also, they're devil's in disguise and despicable at their job. I financed a vehicle from them that was already messed up from the get go, They refuse to give me back my money or give me another vehicle. I'm taking legal action through Michigan's Lemon Law and everyone else that had a problem should too.

They lie to reel you in, then you get a f**ked up car. They know the cars are f*cked before they sell or buy them but they don't care about nothing accept to see if they can get your money. I used to think these people were a blessing to the community but they're Satan little helpers to continue to f*ck up the rest of the world.

But God don't like ugly and he don't like people messing over his sheep. They'll get their karma and when they do, it's going to hit HARD. FULL POWER BLOW!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO MY DOG IF HE DROVE. THAT'S HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE. GOD BLESS YOU ALL THAT DEALS WITH THEM!!!

You Actually Think The BBB Is Valid?

Here are the FACTS about the BBB which EVERY legitimate business person knows. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body and has ZERO enforcement powers. The ONLY purpose of the BBB is to SELL their phony, useless fake "accreditations" and fake "ratings" to ANY business which wants to BUY into their scam of deception.

That "f" PHONY RATING can be turned into an A PHONY RATING in minutes. All they need to do is BUY IT and EVERYBODY knows that's how it works.

Problems Are Of Your Own Making

They have an ( F ) with The Better Business Bureau.  That's something you're supposed to research before you walked into the dealership.  If you had, I'm guessing you would not have gone.  I mean who goes into a business expecting a good thing is going to happen when the business has a BBB rating of F?  By starting out with this fact, what you just told the world is that the business has an F rating, but that you didn't care before doing business with them.  Not a good start to your complaint.

I financed a vehicle from them that was already messed up from the get go, They refuse to give me back my money or give me another vehicle.  All sales for vehicles in the state of Michigan are final - no 3 day cooling off period.  Once you buy a car, it is yours.  No returns.  No refunds.  That is the law.  Perhaps you wish the dealership to just simply refund you?  Doesn't work that way.  They are following the law, exactly as intended.

But God don't like ugly and he don't like people messing over his sheep. They'll get their karma and when they do, it's going to hit HARD.  I have to laugh because this is the most interesting sentence in your entire narrative.  Karma cannot exist within a Judeo-Christian framework; it is fairly non-sensical at best, and heresy at worst.  God also assists those who help themselves.  Please do not invoke God when something happens with your car; if you're driving to church and you get a flat tire, that isn't the devil.  That is life.  But enough of that.

This is buyer's remorse - plain and simple.  Since you admit to doing no research before shopping for a car, these problems are of your own making.  In the future, please perform your research BEFORE you decide to buy a car.  You will avoid many of the problems you encountered simply by helping yourself first.

The Devil is in the Details

Sadly you appear to be just your typical "Sub-Prime" borrower who unfortunatly thinks they are entitled to things that they are not.  You are with this company for one reason, you have FAILED to show you can handle your credit obligations and they were the only finance company that was willing to take a risk on you.  If you say you have good credit, or could have gotten a loan anywhere then you are either just totally clueless or just like paying outragous interest rates.

As for your claims. The Michigan Lemon Law does NOT cover Used vehicles, and I can just about guarantee that you did not buy a New car. Most likely you bought a car that was several years old and probably very high mileage. I also bet you bought the car "As-Is", which means that anything and everything that goes wrong with the car is YOUR responsibility.

You also seem to be confused about the role of Fianance company. They loaned you the money to buy a car..that's it. They have ZERO responsibility as to the condition of the car, in fact even if the car turned to dust today, you would still be responsible to make the payments. Oh and yes this is what you made a legal agreement to do.

If you have an issue with the car that is between you and the dealer, but since you bought it "As-Is" they are really not required to do anything for you either. Your only possibility of a saving grace would be is if you bought an extended warranty, in that case their responsiblity would be to what is in the WRITTEN warranty.

Oh and as for the BBB...While the BBB has it's own issues, you will see that most of the complaints on this company are from other borrowers who are upset that they can't just change the terms of the contract and make the payments when they want to.
