I too used R & S relocation / AAA Careful Movers, and also had my belongings stolen and they ripped me off of my money. I also called and called, but have actually scared Mr. Everett Bruce and Megan and all her aliases to the point they won't respond to me. They stole 3 of our televisions, one being a 52" projection , and 2 others.
What is there response, well they aren't worth anything anyway. These people and this company are scam artist from the get go. Everett, yes his real wimpy name, is just that, he won't call you back, won't return emails, and then tell the BBB of Dallas, they sent my televisions back and emailed me my tracking number. That is a load and a half of bull!!

If you want to know if Megan or Daniel or Michael or Larry or Howard are lying, check and see if there mouths are moving. They have been scamming people and banks (in Nebraska) forever. They must be stopped, people must know what they are, and make them pay for what they do to us. I believ my items also ended up in their stores. From what I hear through their own employee's the Drivers get to do what they want with the loads, if they want to deliver them and make the money, they can, they want to sell or pawn your items, they can. Daniel and the others make money on your initial Deposit.

They admitted to having my items and months later, 5 months for me, a Moving company, or so they say they are, still can not manage to get televisions delivered, pretty scary isn't it. Funny how Megan and Howard and them can respond on places like this, but not to all the companies and customers calling them.

The reason, We Scare Them, they feel big behind a keyboard. Remember all word of mouth does prevail, tell all you can about these people, give their names, not company names, Daniel himself is on the move because remax wants him disconnected from them, he will reappear in South Carolina with a new company name. So get the names out there. Stop scum like Megan and Everett Daniel, Michael Scharloff, Larry Balsamo, Marcie Balsamo, Eric, Howard and the whole gang of these liars, theives, scum of the earth no goods.
