MALPRACTICE OF FALSELY ADVERTIZING AN UNLOCKED PHONE SOLD AS IT IS UNUSABLY LOCKED, SUCH THAT EVEN TRIED 3 STORES TO GET SIMCARD TO WORK, AND WAS UNUSABLE@$ 178 HTC ONEM9 AMAZON ALSO NOT REVIEWING DETAILS PF SPECIAL PROBLEM, JUST NEVER GOT A REQUESTED RMA NOR RGA NUMBER EVER...

 

This was the non-working (not-accepting-simms)  phone that I fully explained I inadvertently sent to unbveatable sale who I purchased a case from, and the phone seller

sent word in Sep just send it back...

I explained I was awaiting UNBsales to send it back; and when they did finally at the end of OCT 2017,  I asked again for a second time for an RMA return number to track snding to seller who knows it was a non-working phone (( called spoke, wrote ))  yet no RMA for the return...

sent numurous contact emails and even Amazon is not following through to support falsely advertized product and they kept the money too.
